1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using NY Bridge (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. Description of the Service

NY Bridge is a performance-based real estate networking platform that connects licensed real estate brokers and property leads. The App provides property listings, broker ranking (XP system), lead management tools, digital visit ticketing (QR system), and optional visibility enhancements (XP Boosts). NY Bridge does not act as a real estate brokerage.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Brokers must provide a valid real estate license.
• You must provide accurate information. Accounts with false data may be suspended.

4. The XP System (Experience Points)

4.1 Nature of XP

• XP has no monetary value and is non-transferable.
• XP does not represent legal certification or endorsement.
• XP is a gamified performance metric within the App.

4.2 How XP is Earned

XP may be earned through verified property uploads, QR-validated visits, verified reviews, and platform engagement. NY Bridge may modify XP calculations at any time.

5. XP Boosts (In-App Purchases)

• XP Boosts are optional in-app purchases that temporarily increase a broker’s visibility within the platform.
• XP Boosts do not guarantee sales, leads, or financial return, and do not affect real-world MLS positioning.
• All purchases are processed through Apple In-App Purchases or Google Play Billing. NY Bridge does not store credit card data.
• Refunds are handled according to Apple and Google policies.

6. Broker Responsibilities

• Upload only properties you are authorized to market.
• Provide accurate property information.
• Use lead data exclusively for legitimate real estate purposes; avoid spam or misuse.
• Violations may result in suspension, XP reset, or removal without refund of active Boosts.

7. Lead Responsibilities

• Provide truthful contact information.
• Use the platform respectfully and avoid fraudulent booking requests.

8. Digital Visit Tickets (QR System)

The QR Ticket system verifies visits for transparency and fraud prevention. QR validation does not constitute legal confirmation of a property transaction; it only verifies in-app activity.

9. Intellectual Property

Branding, design, ranking system, algorithms, and visual elements are the property of NY Bridge. Users retain ownership of uploaded property content but grant NY Bridge a non-exclusive license to display and promote listings within the platform.

10. No Guarantees

NY Bridge does not guarantee property sales, rental agreements, income, commission earnings, or investment returns. The platform provides tools and visibility only.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NY Bridge is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, transaction disputes, errors in property data, or decisions made based on app information. Users assume responsibility for their professional actions.

12. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, false licensing, data abuse, harassment, or platform manipulation. Termination may occur without prior notice.

13. Modifications to the Service

NY Bridge may modify ranking algorithms, pricing, features, or Boost mechanics. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. Disputes shall be resolved in New York courts.
